Open Science

Overview

The Open Science Workshop and Symposium is sponsored by the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (UTK). It aims to increase awareness of open science across UT campuses, promoting principles of transparency, reproducibility, and accessibility in research. The Open Science Workshop Series is organized by Dr. Qiusheng Wu in collaboration with the UTK Libraries, leveraging their expertise in open-access publishing, data management, and digital scholarship to support researchers in adopting open science practices.

Workshop Schedule

The virtual workshop series will be held weekly on Mondays from 10-11 AM ET from March 10 to April 21, covering the following topics:
